Islamic society. Well, that's as may be. Would be a good subject for

Can't even say that it is a dry heat. August is the apex of the summer monsoon season. The humidity will be 40-60%. Dry compared to Florida, but still nasty. Plus visitors have these extras to look forward to. Dust storms will roll into town at least once a week and cover everything with a fine layer of sand. The concrete and asphalt will exude heat after the sun goes down resulting in over night "lows" in the 90's. Pools will be in the 90s as well.
