Getting Close, Testing
Well, I have (mostly) sold my business and eliminated some of the conflicts that restricted my blogging for several years. Right now, I am trying to get this old blog spooled up with some new features. Right now I am testing the direct link to X as well as the ability to send our email summaries of posts.
I have considered substack and still have coyoteblog staked out there if need be, but there is a lot of content here I would hate to lose so I am going to try to make wordpress into what I need.
Amazing - the first time I've looked at the blog in months, and it's your first post in years!
Welcome back - I'm looking forward to more output.
Oh - and congratulations on selling your business! I hope the new owners take good care of it.
One minor thing: the clock on the blog doesn't seem to work quite right. I assume the time for posts is based on Phoenix time. When I signed up for email notifications, I got a reply two and a half hours earlier than Pacific time. Is your server operating in Hawaii?
Looking forward to the startup. I had a lot of interest in your old business. I spend a lot of time in the Eastern Sierra fishing and camping. Your insights on private enterprise compared to government management of campgrounds is a good case study on the topic.
Trump is back and now Coyote Blog. Coincidence? I think not!
Glad to see you posting again.
It's alive! It's ALIVE!
It is very satisfying to have a long dormant RSS feed wake up.
Can't wait!
A Telegram channel may be a good option for bloggers.
I'm in the same dilemma. I've used WordPress for many years, so I hesitate to move to Substack, even though I can transfer all my old post over to Substack. I would lose those who go directly to my WordPress site with subscribing to the newsletter.
So I stick to WordPress and play with Substack.
It's great to see you back!
A pleasant surprise getting this in my RSS feed, welcome back.
Yes! Best news in a while!
Great to see you back. Can you say what the conflicts were?
I’m catching up on my blog reading, and while I am a week late, I’m very excited to see your new posts!
Great to see you return to blogging Warren.
