    Considering the amount of money the states earn on sin taxes for alcohol, cigarettes and gambling (formerly run by organized crime) it's not surprise a Tony Soprano comes to mind by this type of action.

    There are countless ways this nation is hosed. Allowing government people to organize against the very public they work for is number 1 on my list.
