    Ouch. Probably high time to consider renaming our judicative branch into "Injustice"? This is amazingly low, but rational given the systemic constraints.

    Offtopic: Reminds me of the time when a (naive) friend of mine thought that showing up at trial with documentary evidence that the doctor had never performed the billed operation was sufficient. He was convicted and had to pay, the reason being that he would have to send a sworn statement of the same effect to the court before the court date.
