This is what the planners have in mind when they talk about "transit-oriented development".

No OSHA would not be hip to this. Nor would the railroad, who requires (in NJ at least), anyone working closer than 18 feet from a track to obtain the services of a flagman (union, of course).

That scene would make a hell of a subject for a model railroad - maybe part of a sectional club setup.
