Great idea.  Should have done something with it when you guys were in power.

    More fascinating than the facts (now exists a great idea that wasn't made much less acted on in the past): what kept it from being made or acted upon? I cannot believe no one had that great idea. I cannot believe no one recognized what might happen if it were not suggested and not acted upon.

    I get a sense of deja vue all over again. Sorta like the "Contract with America", which, upon achievment of power via elections, never started much less got completed. Sorta like watching (in astonishment, I confess, even tho anticipated) the contrast of Obama not hesitating at all in implementing his goals.
