How in the world do you make a 1,145  calories, 71 g fat turkey burger??

    If you can do it with beef, there's no reason you can't do it with turkey. The fat content of the patty is determined by how much fat you grind in with the meat, and of course you can put anything on a turkey patty that you can put on a beef patty.
