This is one of the most incredible videos I have ever seen.   It looks like a big wack-a-mole game.  The last half of pious analysis is kind of boring but the first half is incredible.

    During the story, one of the congressmen listed as having someone else vote for him is my state representative (Charlie Howard R - District 26). I'll send him a letter asking him a few questions.

    1. Are you aware of other members casting your votes?
    2. Do you cast recorded votes for other members?
    3. How can a voter in your district properly evaluate your voting record given this practice?
